Steiff Dolly  is handmade from the finest cranberry and cream mohair with a midnight blue collar ruff. She is fully jointed with wool felted paw pads in cream that have hand stitched black claws. Dolly is based on a traditional Steiff design with cupped ears, a humped back and long sweeping forearms where the paws curve inwards. She is a striking bears with twinkling eyes and a contrasting lovingly hand stitched nose and mouth. Dolly has a warm, gentle growler

This fabulously colourful piece, is taken from a design that was first produced for the American Presidential Elections in 1913 and is a Worldwide Limited Edition of just 1,500 pieces, which comes boxed with her numbered certificate of authenticity.
