DELIVERIES TO UK MAINLAND* (Excludes Scottish Highlands & Islands)

Our current limited period promotion is FREE courier delivery on all orders OVER £200.00 to UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands). For 'In Stock items' using economy delivery ~ please allow upto 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.

Economy shipping is applied at CHECKOUT and commences from £4.20 dependant on final weight of parcel.

If your order is more urgent or high value and requires insurance above £50.00, please select Priority shipping at CHECKOUT charges from £8.85 dependant on final weight of parcel.

Please note if your item is of value above £50.00and you choose not to insure your parcel for the value of the item if it is lost you will not be able to claim a refund for this item.

Your delivery charge will be calculated when you go to the CHECKOUT, where you will have the option to accept or decline the total charge, before your order is confirmed.

If the automatic charge calculations are deemed excessive, we may reduce the shipping charge manually before charging you for the order. This reduction is solely at our discretion.


We are happy to deliver outside the UK. Obviously, the charges are dependent on the country concerned. We will do our best to obtain a speedy delivery charge and notify you by email as soon as possible.

Your invoice will default to a shipping charge of £20.00 this will be altered after your acceptance of any extra delivery charges that you will be notified of.


We do our best to dispatch your order the same day, depending on time order is placed, subject to credit card authorisation and the goods being in stock. Most UK purchases are sent by Royal Mail Signed, Special Delivery or next day courier. Please contact us for International orders, or any specific delivery requests. Call us on 01840 779009.


We thoroughly check all our products before we dispatch them. If you need to report a damaged product please email us as soon as you receive your parcel. All returned items must be received back to us in the same condition as when we sent them. If no replacement is available then you will be given a full refund excluding postage. Customer is resposible for the cost of postage to return the item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to your order once it is in transit.
