Your privacy is important to us and ATIQUE & URCHINS BEARS is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you purely to enable us to process and fulfil you order, to provide you with the best possible service and simplify your shopping experience with us.

We will only e-mail you in relation to your order with us unless you request otherwise and will only send promotional email or mail to you with your prior consent. We will not pass or reveal any of your details or information to any third parties without first gaining your explicit consent.

Your details will be held securely until such time as your order is complete and after 30 days, will be archived for financial / accounting reference only.

What the data will be used for.

1. Your data will enable us to fulfil your order and/or to notify you of any problems in the processing of your order.
