Philip is cute little bear made from a hodgepodge of brown, taupe and almond coloured short pile plush fur, with ultra-suede paw pads.  He is five way wobble jointed and lightly pellet weighted giving him that lovely Charlie Bear feel.  He is dressed in a leather collar studded with tiny bells.
