Steiff Moon Ted is made of sumptuous dark brown alpaca with very dark tips and the cream-coloured crescent on its chest that gives it its very authentic character. This magnificent bears gets his name “Moon Ted” from the distinctive marking on its chest that brings to mind a crescent moon. He is fully jointed and stands a massive 60cms from its head down to its wool felt paws.

Steiff Moon Ted is part of a select Ted Series that began in 2007 with Grizzly Ted and Polar Ted. But as Steiff Classic Teddy bears, the Grizzly Polar and the new Moon Ted have a lot in common. They are realistic reproductions of the strong, fearless and fascinating originals in the wild and Steiff fans and collectors are simply “wild” about their gorgeous fur made of high-quality alpaca.
